I have seen this on the server a bit when players place props and just leave them and leave the server. Preventing people to make certain bases in certain places and this could remove some prop block issues in this server. I know there are limits to many things but I hope this can be made a reality. There should AT LEAST be a timer that starts counting down when the player disconnects, and if he joins back quick enough, he can get his props back.
