OK, So.... This program is in Beta, but it is one of the first recording software's i have seen that can record before you press start. So if you experience mod abuse, player abuse and any other major rule breaking, you have just press one button and it records the last 1-20 minutes of your game play without recording!! This program is called ShadowPlay! You need the right requirements including a specific graphics card that has a recorder like thing it in. This comes with all GTX Graphic Cards 600 Series and Up... Sorry AMD Users 
! I am going to start using it just in case something major happens and i don't record, i press for example Alt+F12, and boom! It records the last 15 minutes of my game play and takes seconds to save! For Those that have been having trouble with Mass Rdms and other when there are no admins, just use this! Take out the important parts and share it with the community so that problem can be solved! Much can be done with this!!
Ex. If you were running around and there is a bank security mass rdming everyone and a few minutes after he logged off and you forgot to grab proof, you just press the button you set shadow play to and it captures your last 1-20 minutes of gameplay!
